How do I order?
Orders for cupcakes and other bakery items are taken through the website - this is where you will see the most up to date information on stock and delivery availability.
For bespoke celebration cakes, please send an enquiry through via the contact form on the website.
We only offer buttercream celebration cakes, not fondant cakes. We ask that you provide details including the date required, occasion (if applicable) and number of people it is for - we will get back to you to discuss further details and date availability.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely through our website when you checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you order a bespoke celebration cake, an invoice will be sent with a link to securely make payment. Payment for bespoke cakes is expected upon receipt of invoice - if payment is not received we may cancel your order.
Do you offer delivery?
All our orders are currently delivered for a fixed charge of £2.00 within our catchment area which can be found on our homepage.
In line with Covid-19 government guidelines, all deliveries will be contact-free and we will wear appropriate PPE for both your protection and ours.
Can I collect my order?
At present, we do not facilitate order collections. You can arrange delivery to an address within our catchment area, and this can be residential or a business address.
Do you offer gluten free or dairy free products?
At present, we do not offer any gluten free or dairy free products, but as we develop our product selections we do look to include a range to suit a variety of dietary requirements.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as a possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting us on social media, quoting your order number.
We can offer you store credit for the value of your order (see notice periods below) but we do not offer refunds.
More than 72 hours notice: 100% store credit
Between 24-72 hours notice: 75% store credit
Less than 24 hours notice: order will be cancelled and you will not be eligible for store credit
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We do hope you will be delighted with your order, but if you are not then please get in touch as soon as possible, by emailing email@example.com or contacting us on social media, so we can discuss this with you. If you are not satisfied, we may require a sample of the cake or photographs to help us resolve any problem. Refunds, if applicable, will, be at management’s discretion.
