Raspberry & Vanilla Celebration Cake
This 8inch round cake is a delicious addition to any celebration.
Three layers of light vanilla cake sandwiched together with raspberry puree, creme patisserie, raspberries and a creamy raspberry buttercream.
The cake is finished with a torched raspberry Italian meringue and jewelled with fresh raspberries.
